How does it work, and is it legal?›
Yes. Rivlr reads the same public product data that Shopify stores publish for browsers, apps, and search engines every day. We respect rate limits, identify our crawler honestly, and stop tracking any store that asks us to.
Which stores can I track?›
Any Shopify store, anywhere in the world. That covers a huge share of direct-to-consumer ecommerce. Support for other platforms is on the roadmap.
Do I need to install anything?›
No. Rivlr runs entirely in your browser. There is no Shopify app to install, no code snippet, and the stores you track need nothing from you at all.
How fresh is the data?›
Daily on Free and Starter, and every 6 hours on Growth and Scale. Any product can also be refreshed on demand from its detail page.
Can I cancel anytime?›
Yes. Billing is monthly through Stripe and you can cancel in the app whenever you like. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and your account drops to the free plan rather than disappearing.
What if I need to track hundreds of products?›
Scale starts at £49 for 250 products and you add as many 100-product packs as you need at £10 a month each, up to 2,500 in total. Past that, email us and we will build you a custom plan.
